Our retail sellers will each have their own policies regarding refunds, exchanges, and returns and these will be available within each listing.
Please see the refund policy of your retail seller for further details on how to return and potentially receive a refund or exchange of your products. If you have no luck with the retail seller or they fail to respond within 3 business days, please contact customer service and we will attempt to escalate your concerns.
We require our retail sellers to offer a refund and/or exchange for change of mind for at least 30 days following purchase (excluding stock marked as clearance). In these circumstances, the cost of shipping will not be refunded and you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods safely and in original condition in order to receive a refund or replacement. This change of mind warranty is an express warranty offered in addition to, and not in replacement of the warranties available under the Australian Consumer Law.
We also require that our retail sellers comply with the Australian Consumer Law. The goods on BondiVet.com come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
If the item you wish to return is faulty, we will require either photo proof of the faulty item or provide you with a stamped, self-addressed post pack in which to return it to the appropriate seller. You will then be offered a replacement or repair of the faulty item or a full refund or store credit, whichever you prefer. Any refunds will be transferred back to you via your original payment method.
If for any reason a product you have ordered is not available or out of stock, we will also refund you and in this case any shipping costs will be refunded.
